LOVE Sculpture

Nothing says “love” (literally) like the iconic LOVE Statue. This Philly sculpture has been the backdrop for countless proposals, engagement photos, and wedding photos since the ‘70s! So whether you’re popping the question or just looking for a romantic photo op, this sculpture makes for the perfect setting. (Note: This is temporarily located in Dilworth Park while JFK Plaza is renovated.)

AMOR Sculpture

Pose with the LOVE sculpture’s counterpart, AMOR, which was placed on the Art Museum steps during Pope Francis’ visit to Philadelphia last year. This sculpture was extra symbolic for the Pope as it means love in Spanish – his native language. It has found its permanent home at a nearby park, so that LOVE and AMOR are in view of one another.

Magic Gardens

This outdoor art installation will give you all the feels this Valentine’s Day. Unusual items like bicycle wheels and colorful glass bottles make Magic Gardens an enchanting place where you and your Valentine can snap unique, beautiful photos together.

Whispering Benches at Smith Memorial

Take your Valentine to the Whispering Benches at Smith Memorial. Built as a civil war memorial, its stone benches have become one of the most romantic places in Philly. A whisper into one end of the curved wall of the memorial can be heard clearly at the other end! Grab a photo and be sure to whisper “Happy Valentine’s Day” to your special someone.

Happy Valentine’s Day!
