Let’s face it, the best meal of the day is that sweet spot between breakfast and lunch, also known as brunch. That’s why I’m bringing you the guide to my top 10 breakfast dishes at our on-site hotels at Universal Orlando.
Loews Portofino Bay Hotel has a twist on the traditional breakfast with an Italian atmosphere. Two of our favorites are this Breakfast Quesadilla and Eggs Beneditto. The Breakfast Quesadilla includes Spinach, Sweet Potato, Onion, Diced Tomato, and Aged Cheddar stuffed in a Tortilla shell. Two Poached Eggs, Tomato Hollandaise and your choice of Bacon or Sausage. The Eggs Beneditto, has Poached eggs, Prosciutto, Arugula, Ciabatta, Tomato Hollandaise and Potato Hash.
Breakfast with a view and Caribbean vibes is what you’ll find at Amatista Cookhouse. We enjoy the island flair of the Caribbean French Toast with Caramelized pineapple and toasted coconut. and the Egg White and Smoked Turkey Arepa with Baby Spinach, Mushrooms and Tomatoes.
Ever wonder what Tahitian French Toast tastes like? Amazing! Our meal at Islands Dining Room was relaxing and delicious. It feels like you’re dining on a Polynesian island fueling up before soaking in the sun. Here’s the Tahitian French Toast a L’Orange, served with caramelized bananas and sweet cinnamon butter.
Meanwhile, for something on the savory side, there’s the Paleo Smoked Brisket Hash – Slow Smoked Beef Brisket, Sweet Potato, Onion and Peppers, Two Sunny Side up Eggs and a side of Avocado, Tomato-Arugula Salad
Brunch like a rock star. No brunch is complete without guitar waffles, a classic breakfast sandwich and “The Elvis” French Toast – Baguette Slices, Bananas, Peanut Butter, Caramel Sauce, all of it enough to appease the appetite of The King.
“The Remedy” is a breakfast sandwich done right! It’s served on a Butter Toasted Kaiser Roll, with Two Eggs Over Hard, Applewood Smoked Bacon and American Cheese.
Bayliner Diner has something for everyone. Its quick, grab-and-go style will have you finishing breakfast and heading to the park before you can even say eggs Benedict. Speaking of eggs Benedict, these Poached Eggs on Gouda Swirl – with Baby Spinach, Hollandaise Sauce and Breakfast Potatoes — were to die for.
Whether you are looking to indulge in a leisurely breakfast or brunch fit for a king or queen, or to just grab something quick and delicious before heading to the parks, we have something for everyone at our on-site hotels. Bring on the brunch!
